To participate in the conference via "Virtual" format:

• Early registration fee payment: Until 30 September 2026
  • Regular fee: EUR 330
  • IEEE and SAI Members reduced fee: EUR 280
  • Students reduced fee: EUR 150 (only in case the publication is NOT co-authored by non-PhD students)
• Late registration From 30 September to 09 October 2026
  • Regular fee: EUR 350
  • IEEE and SAI Members reduced fee: EUR 310
  • Students reduced fee: EUR 190 (only in case the publication is NOT co-authored by non-PhD students)

With one fee, each participant can send up to 2 papers,
and for the third paper-an additional fee of EUR 100.

To participate in the conference via "In-person" format, 80 euros for each co-author must be added to the above fees.

The fee for the "In-person" format covers admission to the conference sessions, conference materials, welcome cocktail, one lunch, coffee breaks and gala dinner for one participant.

A person could be an author or a co-author of maximum of 3 papers.

To participate in the conference without a paper you need to pay 25 euros.

If the participants wish to participate in other events (organized excursion, etc.), they pay an additional fee.

Form of payment: Bank transfer. Cash payment allowed only on 08 October 2026 at the conference registration desk.
